Whether you are a first-time consumer of pest control services or someone who’s worked with a number of companies in the past, we thought it would be helpful to detail what you can expect when you call Greathouse.
- The technician will ask some basic questions about your problem and the type of structure (home or business, townhome or single-family).
i.e. Do you have an existing problem or infestation? Is it new or has it been ongoing? Or, perhaps you’re looking for a preventive service or simply are not sure if you really have a problem.
- The technician will give you a price range over the phone.
- A service appointment will be scheduled.
- Prior to beginning work, the technician will provide an assessment and confirm pricing.
- Payment is accepted at the time of service.
- A guarantee will be specified on your sales receipt. If you have any issues or concerns during the guarantee period, just call and we’ll be back!
